Most people never get their first deal.
It has nothing to do with how good your videos are. Brands almost never recruit in public. They go to recruiters and mentorship communities they already trust, and those people fill the spots with creators they've worked with before.
The whole thing is often done in a day or two, before anyone outside that circle knows a campaign exists. The application form only shows up afterwards, for the spots nobody took. Then a few thousand people apply, someone clicks through portfolios for an afternoon, and everyone else never hears back. On our own public forms, fewer than 5% of applicants get taken.

Five million on a video, or twenty million across everything you've made, ideally for a brand they've heard of.

Once you're earning and we can see you're ready to scale, what holds you back stops being skill and starts being time.
Setting up accounts, warming them up, sticking to a posting schedule, editing everything yourself. That's what quietly kills most creators' output. Once you've shown us you'll keep shipping, we start taking it off you.
Phase one gets you paid. Phase two opens up once you've shown us you'll keep going.
Managed accounts
We give you accounts that our team sets up and runs. You don't have to create them, warm them up, or post to them. You make the videos and we get them out there.
Round-the-clock editing

Get trained
You'll work one-on-one with one of our in-house coaches until you're ready for a campaign, and you can message them any time along the way.
Get placed
We put you into paid brand campaigns. You'll earn $35 to $60 per video, plus bonuses up to $2,000 if a video performs. There's no limit on how many campaigns you take.
